Long Lines Wireless Retail Consultant

 

Basic Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and satisfy customer needs via Long Lines products and services through retail stores.

 

  • Achieve, maintain and exceed monthly quotas
  • Maintain records relating to sales quotas, store traffic, telemarketing, follow-up and referral activity
  • Support all existing customers, walk-ins, calls or other department customers with quality customer service and customer retention in mind.
  • Assist Retail Store Manager in maintaining the success and order of the store, consisting of quality paper work, inventory control, adhering to the policy and procedures of Long Lines retail stores
  • Strive to constantly increase product and service knowledge, sales techniques, equipment technology, equipment technology, coverage, rate plans, customer billing questions
  • Attend and participate in required meetings
  • Be supportive of team members and work with respect and communication of other channels of sales
  • Represent Long Lines in a professional manner with ethical standards and moral behavior in mind
  • Strive to constantly improve yourself
  • Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in our operations manual
  • Arrive timely for all scheduled shifts
  • Perform all other duties as required by store management

 

Qualifications:

 

  • College degree or equivalent preferred. Experience to be considered
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communications skills, and organizational skills
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Self-motivation with a strong desire for success
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
