District Retail Manager

 

Basic Purpose: The primary responsibility of this position is overall leadership of Long Lines retail stores.  This person is responsible for building, supervising, training, and motivating a well-trained team of professionals to achieve the sales and performance management goals for the District.

Requirements:

  • • Four-year college degree. Experience to be considered.
  • • Two years previous management experience required
  • • Prior experience managing multi-unit locations with managers or assistant managers as a direct report
  • • Proven track record in developing, training, and motivating a successful professional sales team
  • • Previous background in the wireless industry is helpful
  • • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communications skills
  • • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • • Energetic team-oriented management style
  • • Advanced computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
